Project Overview

As co-founder and head of IT, I developed and built Movearound over 3.5 years - a corporate fitness platform that provides employees access to a network of various sports studios. From yoga to climbing, Pilates, and fitness studios, employees can train flexibly.

During my time as co-founder, I was responsible for the complete technical development - from the first line of code to running operations with multiple companies and studios in the network.

For Employees:

Technical Implementation

The platform consists of a Flutter mobile app for employees and a Laravel backend with admin panel. The QR code system enables quick check-in without additional hardware in the studios.

Development Process:

  • Built the complete infrastructure from scratch
  • Developed mobile app for iOS and Android
  • Backend API with Laravel for all business processes
  • Integration of various third-party systems (Google APIs, Payment Providers)
  • Continuous deployment and monitoring
